A great combination - wild rice, chicken and water chestnuts.
SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 5 Minutes
Ingredients

3 to 4 (20 ounces) Gold'n Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 cups cooked wild rive
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained
1-1/2 cup halved seedless green grapes
2/3 cup cashews


DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. tarragon (crushed)

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Cook chicken according to package directions. Cool and cut in to 1/2-inch cubes.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
In large bowl, toss salad ingredients, except grapes and cashews. Add dressing; toss. Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews.
